Very convenient to the airport. Shuttles that leave every half an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Felt exactly like what you would expect from a hotel near the airport.....as in, not very charming and pretty generic. Since my flight back to NY was early the next day, it was great to be that close to the Zurich airport and not worry about timing.

liked: 1. the fact we were able to checkin one hour earlier than checkin time 2. soundproofing with aircraft thundering overhead. 3. WIFI free without password nonsense. 4. Bed was comfortable Did not like: 1. no a la carte lunch options for a quick bite or sandwich - only expensive buffet. 2. no ice bucket 3. no refrigerator 3. only 2 pillows had to ask housekeeping for more 4. NO chargers for SWISS OUTLETS to charge electronics - phone/tablets/computers no adaptors either be sure to have your own!!! 5. Bitter paper tubes of instant coffee and green tea only in the room .

All Good some staff are not Good they don’t know how to speak with the guest

Nice clean hotel but everything was extra charge, not many restaurants around area, the restaurant in hotel was very expensive so we didn’t eat or drink there but it looked good just over priced

Nice hotel not far from the airport. I arrived too late to use the free shuttle bus available. I stayed in a nice big bedroom. Breakfast was also good

The property is located few blocks away from the Tram station to Zurich HB.The hotel provides drinks which is very good.Good Facilities and they allow us to check in early.. Staff are very helpful.The shutlle to airport is reasonable 5CHf per person which is cheaper compared to other hotel..
