Great service
"Came for a visit at the Mayo Clinic. Did not need to stay for the full days booked. Gentleman at the front was very understanding and polite and even credited back the days we were not going to stay. I didn’t even have to ask. I was truly suprised."

Comfortable and convenient
"Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment."
