We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options, check-in was quick, luggage storage felt very safe, our rooms were well-appointed and the floors were quiet. The only negative would be the torn pleather headboards on the bed. Looks like a cat got a hold of them. For such a nice looking hotel, they should be tended to.

Stayed here many times and always enjoyable. The only complaint this year was the mattresses. Very hard and uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep very well unfortunately.

Great hotel! I can’t say it’s located in the best or the most happening area of Utrecht but everything else was fantastic.

Almost perfect stay! 5/5 stars!

Little candies offered, and tasty water on a heat wave hitting Netherlands.
The only issue to speak of was that during this heat wave the AirCon could only reach a maximum low temp. of 18 degrees.
-This issue isn't something that's going to impact others, given the heatwave, but it made things in the room sweatier than we expected. 🙏
