Stayed for 3 days but the food they had for breakfast was same thing and majority were cold food. Its very good to have local food but It’s a tourist destination some different options everyday should have been provided.

The hotel was fine and staff were very polite. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to sleep.

I was there for the Wallows concert, it was about a 6 min walk from the hotel i really loved that about it, 8 min walk from the train loved that. I was given breakfast totally forgot about that till they told me at check in. Staff was super friendly. Bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower was spacious loved that. TV was a bit small but that was ok. If i go to Amsterdam again I would stay here again.

Hardest bed and pillow ever, air conditioning was terrible. House keeping people knocking at your doors unnecessarily and disturbing quiet time.

Easy check in, room had all I required, very clean. Breakfast time and selections were very good, staff paid close attention making sure nothing run out and was fresh. Bar staff were very accommodating. Would recommend.

Staff was very friendly, and there are many interesting stores/restaurants nearby, and a very convenient hotel for going to concerts!

Everything was as expected which is great - the service and people were very kind and helpful. In general, we loved our stay. The big issue is that we found a tiny bug on my pillow two mornings in a row in the middle of our stay - we've now deducted that these were BED BUGS as I have come home with multiple bites on my arms and legs that resemble this. It couldn't have been insect bites from being outside because of the timing that the bites flared up. I will now have to sanitise everything. Please check your beds! We were room 1330. Not a big issue but we opted for a 'greener stay' which meant housekeeping every 3rd night (this 3rd night is mandatory) but this did not happen - we had to request house keeping after the 4th night. The only thing we saw that changed was new towels, sheets were made (not sure if changed), bathroom bin emptied and the shower door was cleaned which was lovely. Tea/coffee station was not replenished or cleaned and main bin was not changed. Not sure if that's because of the system or a confusion with the door hanger. I'm sure if we deducted the bed bug issue before we left and mentioned the concern to the staff, they would have been very helpful as they were great with everything. Overall a great stay apart from this one serious issue.
