Thinnest walls in 50 yrs of travel.
Posted 3 Oct 2019 on HotelsThin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building.
Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent.

We (2 adults and 1 child) arrived at 15.08.2019. 20:50 pm.
We did not receive bed linen or towels for the 3. beds, only 2 beds.
We try to talk to receptionist but he can't speak english, german.
I try to translate to slovakian language by mobile and he slowly understood. But he said : I cant help you. And he smiled and turned away. I raised my voice, but he smiled further. And finally we removed ourselves the bed linen from the closet in the corridor.
