Facilities wise the property needs a renovation. Bathroom area is moldy and needs a desperate update. Mirrors are old and rusting. The room felt very moist. However the tv is updated and has Netflix and YouTube capabilities. The free wifi is a huge plus! The main buffet restaurant also needs a major update. The buffet is very limited and repetitive but when ordering off the a la carte menu and the grill the food is much better, food is about a 7/10. The bar area has no stools which is an opportunity for the bartenders to make more tips. There was also zero much being played anywhere. The swim up bar was closed our entire stay. But what this resort lacks in facilities is made up with hospitality. The waiters go above and beyond!!! They are so friendly and attentive and really make a difference in the experience. They sang happy birthday at our dinner reservation and each person hugged me. Sometimes at resorts the workers are flirty but here they are so respectful! The front desk people are also very attentive. They noticed it was my birthday and displayed it on the welcome screen. They made the experience worth it. Location wise you want to fly in from Cozumel because a flight from Cancun will require additional travel time plus a ferry to the island. The island is packed with everything you need in the centro which is a $10 cab from the resort. I also booked an excursion around the island and enjoyed its beauty. I prob won’t stay in this resort again but would visit again.

Entire room is smell of mold. Coz they using old old mattress! I canceled them and make another reservation!!

We were assigned a room with a king bed when we asked for 2 beds, also there was no coffee maker or fridge in our room. When I asked about getting a coffee maker I was told I could upgrade my room for 60.00 a night lol. The manager said he could rent me a fridge for 10.00 a night, but when I asked if I could rent a coffee machine instead he got rude and said no. Our room was a deluxe ocean view, and the shower door would not close, the bathroom faucet was loose and hanging, the a/c would not cool below 77f,and the slider to the patio took both of us to open and close. Fatima at the front desk was absolutely a gem in a very negative stay however.

We had a wonderful stay. It's not a 5 star resort and we knew that when we booked it. The food was ok and there were a few issues with the water flow in the sink and shower in our room, but we made it work. The mini golf was pretty much unusable as it was flooded. But the A/C worked good in our room and the friendliness of the staff made up for any small issues we encountered. The beach and snorkeling was amazing. It was a nice quiet stay without a party crowd and always plenty of beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.
