Everything was wonderful, we enjoyed our time. The staff was friendly & helpful. The all inclusive option was convenient.

This hotel is adequate but needs quite a few upgrades. The staff is excellent, very accommodating, and friendly.
The location is good.
The food is mediocre but we are not foodies so this did not matter to us.
I left a pair of sandals by the pool which unfortunately was not turned into lost and found. This was a little disappointing.
It would be nice if there were a couple of drinks in the fridge and if they replenished the coffee in the room.

The size of the resort is nice. Not overly big

Room was right over pool. Constant loud techno music coming from the pool bar. Asked to change rooms, and were told the only available option would also have loud music until 10pm.
The balcony door would not latch or even seal. Mosquitos were coming in through the gap. Room was dirty. Visible grime on the bedside lamp. Dead mosquitos smashed on wall and in soap dish. Also bed had the hardest mattress I’ve ever felt.
We checked out 2 hours after arriving, and went to another resort. So glad we made the change.
Staff was nice at least.

Location was good except for construction on both sides of the property until 0100 hours one night.
The access to the whole area was not good for anyone with limited mobility - many stairs and convoluted hallways. The room we had lacked privacy in the bathroom.
There was only one restaurant open for all meals, and not a lot of variety, and another restaurant open part of the week for which we had to book.
The staff were great, which was the saving factor - Carmen, Guadalupe, Oscar and Fatima in the dining room and Juan and Jesus in the pool bar, and the person leading dancing and karaoke.
Overall we loved meeting new people, swimming in clean pools and walking on the beach in the sun, so that makes everything else acceptable!
