I liked that we also had access to the other RIU resorts. It allowed us variety we wouldn't have gotten elsewhere. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall a fabulous stay!

The food is not what I was expecting. Buffet was below average. Steak house not so good better at Denny’s 1/4” thick steak.
Maid service not what I would expect. Rinsed out a glass I had used and put it back like it was cleaned but there was still residue in the bottom from the hydration packet.
Check in took us over 2 hrs, They had to repair some blinds. 4:30-6:30pm. Just sitting there hungry. We had to find the 24 hour snack bar for our dinner no mention of where we could get dinner. 7:00 pm in our room. They did mention or your with Expedia? Like that matters.

I staff was kind , friendly. That is one. Of the reason I would come again with my family and friends. I’ve been to others and not to friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed time with part of my family.

I’ve been to many RIU Hotels. Las Americas was fantastic. The service was incredible. Staff are amazing. Thank you Enrique for your amazing service at the pool. Thank you Abu at the lobby bar. You are special. Thank you Irving and Sebastian…check in was lovely. Felipe is incredibly efficient on beach service. Staff at the steakhouse on our last night were so great (Nov. 20th).
I never write reviews but this vacation was exceptional.
Thank you RIU. We will be back. 👌
