Property and staff was good. The included breakfast food was really bad! And it says it has washing machine and drier but need to pay for them and they are really pricey!

Overall it was a good stay but basic things like were missing 7 days, ex. not enough towels for four people , toilet paper, paper towel, sponge for dishes and dish soap. In 7 days I had to go to the reception to ask for all those things and came back two other times because they forgot to bring the items we needed. Breakfast was okay, but because they were many people in the morning, sometimes they were not enough plates, mugs and glasses. We had to wait and technically Rosa was the only one picking up all the dirty dishes so she couldn’t handle the whole breakfast. So not enough people to handle the heavy breakfast time.

It was a healthy breakfast with some options. Its a bit far away from Cancun, make sure to get Uber working. It was nice and spacious. Good supermarket about 10km away.

I stayed for 10 days and 9 nights. The front desk personal were awesome ! And huge accolades to Faby and Francisco :)
Continental breakfast was good, the cleaning staff were awesome. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The 2 pools on the roof were awsome. Location is a little out of the way so personal transportation is recommended or an Uber/ taxi.
All in all, i recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room is very comfortable. Great place for a long stay. Not so great if you are looking for a hotel to party, is not intended for this.
