The property still needs some upgrades but they were working hard to do their best! We stayed for 9 days there and we had the best time ever! We’re definitely come back here! Loved every second of our vacation! They have the best shows and activities people around!

Lots for kids to do. Live the games room and indoor pool option. Service from staff at buffet was top notch. Only complaint I have is no coffee maker in the room and the coffee cart does not open until 7:30 am. I’m up at 4 am and like to enjoy a couple cups of coffee before I start my day.

I want to thank Alicia in housekeeping and Ediberto at security, thank you both for all the hard work and kind heart. You two made my experience more comforting and safe. Also thank you to all the servers at the buffet. It is my second time staying at Crown Paradise and still I will go back.

Pros: -Plenty of activities for kids to do.Mini golf, 3 swimming pools, water slides, game room. -Staff was great. Cons: - Restaurant aren’t great…. Best one of them all was the snack bar. We were unable to try the Mexican restaurant because it was closed for remodeling and didn’t go to the French restaurant because it’s adults only and formal dress code. - Beds aren’t comfortable. - AC didn’t work very well, which made for a difficult time sleeping.

Fui a pasar cuatro noches con mi hija de seis años y para los niños está muy bueno el lugar, el hotel está un poco viejito y la comida no nos gustó para nada. Sin embargo pasamos felices, el show de disney fue increíble y la parte de kids Paradise está muy agradable, el Personal ahí estuvo muy amable y atento y las clases fueron muy divertidas

there is no manager in place to validate information. they do no allow to take the food to the room there is no 24h food available 2 of the restaurant are closed. they do not offer shuttle bus to the airport
