The hotel was very good. Rooms were clean & in good condition. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The area is walkable - nearby restaurants and souvenir shops. You can also walk to the boardwalk & there are lots of little cars to transport you to nearby areas. We took a taxi to/from the airport. The price was the same as an Uber. The view from the rooms and common spaces is BEAUTIFUL!The pool is heated, which was amazing! But it would be small once the hotel gets full & it honestly could stand to be cleaner. Overall a super relaxing and nice stay.

No business room working for 5 days
After checkout still waiting for my points at BONBOY to be rewarded
no staff at the beach neither towels shower in the stairs not working
At swimming pool 6 employees staring at you

Check in was easy no issues room was just ok, mold in the shower and around the toilet seat, room wasn’t great it was just ok

We were there for 6 days, we had a wonderful experience all stuffed was very nice…….we had the lunch buffet it was delicious !!!!!! Great ocean view, it was with a walking distance to the malecón.
