Vanessa, the receptionist is always smiling and willing to help. On the other hand, Omar, is also attentive and speak English. He sells his jewelries and definitely help him purchase something.

Loved the old colonial atmosphere of the property, how clean it was and how attentive staff were to requests. Plus you get the benefit of 2 restaurants- 1 for breakfast and lunch and a modern sports bar. It was beautiful and convenient. The only downside was that it can get warm in the room on hot days.

Amazing Hotel in San Cristobal
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsHotel Diego de Mazariegos was amazing! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the hotel was super clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance everywhere in the center of San Cristobal de las Casas! Highly recommend it!
