Elegant and classic hotel, a real gem in the heart of SMA. Service was the most personalized and attentive we've ever experienced. Thanks a million to our hosts Ruben and Monserrat for making our two-week stay in the town even more memorable.

Hotel Amparo was such a delight! The staff is just amazing on all levels! They were so accommodating on all levels -- from breakfast in the a.m., being very attentive, giving suggestions & directions, pressing some clothes at the last minute, etc.. It made my first visit to San Miguel just so wonderful and warm. I would like to recommend this property as it's convenient, felt safe, and had a relaxing - chill vibe! I would definitely stay there again...

Everything about this hotel is done right but the staff is amazing. Ruben was exactly what you want when staying at any hotel, he’s determined to meet every wish. I can’t imagine having better service nor a better or more comfortable room.

This hotel doesn’t exist anymore, we came at 8:00 pm to san Miguel de Allende and needed to look for another Hotel! Nobody notified us about the hotel closing. Completely unprofessional

El hotel es una casa anrigua perfectamente remodelada decorada con detalles mldernos pero también con antigüedades muy bien conservadas. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cuentan con todos los detalles y amenidades. La ubicación es ideal pues esta muy cercano al centro pero a la distancia perfecta para no escuchar el ruido de bares y restaurantes. La comida esta deliciosa y el personal es superamable y muy bien capacitado
