This is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was amazing and so attentive. We had a stunning corner room, but it was a little noisey with street sounds. The staff anticipated this and left earplugs on our pillow. I’m sure other rooms were more quiet, but we loved the Mexican luxury of our room.

I can't say enough positive praise to this hotel. The staff was outstanding, their care before and during our stay couldn't have been better, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained daily. We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was generally first-rate. Breakfasts were generous and tasty. We particularly liked the location, which gave us a chance to sample local restaurants and businesses without the craziness of being right in the center of town. Five stars, all around.

We loved this hotel. From the staff being extremely helpful and friendly, to the property and the wonderful room we stayed at. We would stay in this hotel again. Very close to everything but far enough to not have noise at night and enjoy a good night sleep. Loved the cafe, restaurant and services. Every staff member we had to talk to were very polite and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. So walkable to everything. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Espresso machine in room was a nice touch. Cleaning service was really good and staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect, especially since it was included in our meal. Highly recommend.
