The bed is very hard and we didn't had hot water for 2 days, and they didn't seem to care to fix the issue, until one of the employees finally did. It is a hotel that has no sign outside, it is more like a local hidden modern accommodation."

"The place was great! Super convenient, and they allowed me to check-in a bit early. The room was immaculate, but it showed a bit of age. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on in Colombia. The curtains were amazing at blocking out the sun, and it is very sound proof. In the end, I highly recommend this place for the location, comfort, and price."
