The room was very old. The bed was dusty underneath. The AC switches off frequently and in the evening when it is needed, it doesn't work. The staffs were rude and unhelpful. I was forced to take their membership inorder to chein early. Pathetic experience overall. The condition of bathroom shower and bath were substandard. Won't recommend to anyone.

The ibis Ca' Granda furniture reflects the Accor brand bespoke design and it is newly refurbished, I am sorry that you did not like that. Regarding the bed, please accept my sincerest apologies as, after reading your feedback, I am going to review the maid performances, our cleaning rules do not allow any forgetfulness. The air condition has an intern thermoelectric thermometer that switches on and off according with the room temperature, that is every time room temperature reaches the degrees set.Finally, our membership gets offered based on its various benefits, I am very sorry to know you felt forced. The staff were great and very helpful. The area was OK, but the little square outside the hotel was run-down, but it did not feel unsafe.
