Good hotel with so-so location.
Stayed two nights. The hotel is comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the decor and artwork in the halls. The location wasn't ideal for our needs and I would definitely stay in the old town center next time. There are no good restaurants nearby.

Das Hotel hatte meine Expedia-Anmeldung nicht wahrgenommen, mich nur für einen Tag eingebucht und mir in unfreundlichem Ton vorgeworfen, dass ich nicht rechtzeitig um Verlängerung gebeten hätte. Nur mit meiner Expedia -Online-Anmeldung konnte ich beweisen, dass ich mich für 4 Nächte korrekterweise angemeldet habe. Den administrativen Fehler des Hotels habe ich angemahnt. Die Reaktion: Expedia -so wurde mir angedeutet- wird von dem Hotel nicht wirklich wahrgenommen. Die Kaffeemaschine war zwei Tage defekt -heiße Milch wurde nicht geliefert-, kalte Milch wurde stattdessen angeboten, deswegen gab es zwei Frühstücke mit kaltem Kaffee. Der Bitte, heiße Milch zu liefern, wurde nicht entsprochen.

Sauberes Hotel das seine 4 Sterne verdient hat
Ich war in dem Hotel eingebucht um über das lange Pfingstwochenende ein paar Tage auf dem benachbarten Modellflugplatz in "Hluboke Masuvky" mit meinen Freunden zu verbringen. Da ich nicht der Typ bin, der gerne auf einem Campingplatz wohnt habe ich mich dazu entschieden in ein Hotel zu gehen. Das Hotel ist ca. 7km (5 Minuten Fahrzeit) von Modelcity entfernt.
