Nice hotel. Went to have breakfast, no cook. Walked 15 minutes to find a place. When checking out, no offer to help carry suitcases, no elevator, lots of stairs!!

The restaurant food was delicious. Staff was friendly. The view over the bay is amazing ,in the morning the sunrise shines in and the shade in the afternoon is great. We really enjoyed it.

Quaint but exhausting
Posted 22 Mar 2024 on HotelsNo elevators. Stairs are steep. We were there early March 2024. Pool was not heated. Very noisy because of the surrounding restaurants and the town. Nice views and staff was pleasant.

Property was very close to town and the staff was super nice , Older but really good shape . Not much hot water but otherwise it was great , Will definitely be back

Absolutely spotless. Daily service amazing. No matter what I requested it was provided with a smile. The pools and restaurant were wonderful. When I come back to zihua this where I will stay. Not a single whiff of a bug which is usually a problem in smaller Mexican venues

Lots to Love Here
Posted 22 Feb 2024 on HotelsLots about this hotel that we really liked. It was friendly, clean, quaint and comfortable. Food and service were really good. The view of the bay was amazing! The down side was the reception area needs a little work and more welcoming in looks. There were lots of stairs from street to our 4th floor room. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path. Not close to Calle Adelita or La Ropa areas. Not too bad of a walk into town though. Great place if you are looking for a quiet stay and don’t mind stairs.

Posted 5 Feb 2024 on HotelsOverall, great stay. The place was probably a luxury hotel in the day, but today it has passed its prime. Nonetheless , the service is super, staff extremely attentive and the location spectacular.
