The incredible team here takes immense pride in their work, creating an atmosphere that feels like being part of an extended family. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and genuine hospitality. The sadness we felt before checking out caught us by surprise, a testament to the unforgettable experience we had.
The entire team went above and beyond to care for us and anticipate our every need, setting a standard of service that is unmatched anywhere else on earth. This wasn’t just a one-time experience—across multiple stays, they continually surpass our expectations, leaving us in awe of their dedication and excellence.
To Carmen, Salvador, Luis, Pablito, and the rest of the team: words cannot fully express our gratitude for making us feel like cherished friends. Until we see each other again, hasta pronto!

The absolute best!

The hotel only has 4 rooms (we were the only guests due to low season) and has an incredible view of Zihautanejo Bay from everywhere on the property. It's also walking distance to a couple of top restaurants down the hill. The real difference for us was the staff at the hotel. It seemed their only concern was to make sure we had the best time possible. So thank you Chai, Carmen and Salvador for making this truly special.

Our stay was divine! The staff were so warm, gracious and welcoming. It was a vacation of a lifetime! I would love to stay there again.

Tentaciones is a perfect spot to enjoy all that Zihuatanejo has to offer. It is centrally located with easy walkability throughout the city. The hotel itself is stunning, private and quiet, offering a slice of paradise with the cliffside infinity pool. The restaurant itself is a set menu with five courses of excellent food and beautiful views. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a luxurious stay in Zihuatanejo.
