Mr. Edison was extra nice, we arrived at 9:00am. Check in was until 3:00pm but he let us to check in at our arrival time at no extra charge, that was awesome. The rest of the staff very nice, pool was excellent very clea. Yes the building is up for touch up, but everything works AC, Lighting, bathroom. We stay 2 night and my family an I left the place more than happy. Definitely recommended.

Never again
Posted 28 Mar 2024 on HotelsHotel is extremely old, does not look anything like pictures. AC unit is loud and could not sleep at all. The lighting unit in the bedroom with ceiling fan swung around so hard we thought it was unsafe so we did not sleep in room. We expected more for the price we paid.

The most curious fact about this lonely woman is that every time we asked her if everything was ok she always answered… Yes, just fine. Now, if she found our place so horrible, the question is… Why she stayed 7 nights and didn’t leave right away? She even ask us to use our washing machine for free to wash her clothes because she didn’t want to spend that money. We also challenge you to show that our pictures in the website are deceiving. Other fact is that the Canadian couple that was lodged in that same suite previous to her, made a review of 4 out of 5 stars of our place. As she says “never again” we say to her… please don’t ever come back, you are a pitiful two faces person!!! Reservations Dept. / HSIS

Rustic, basic, roomy and convenient. Staff are friendly and accommodating. All our needs were met. The pool area is very nice.
