Noisy in my room. Change room three times. Animal sound at night. Front desk made mistakes and removed breakfast from my room, needed to get out of the cafeteria and went to front desk for verification. They also charged me for room change fee because the room was upgraded.

Changed room twice, too noisy with duck sound from outside. Breakfast forgot to include for my room even I booked it. Was asked to leave the cafeteria and disputed for it afterward. Back feeling. Will not book this hotel anymore.

Breakfast is good. Convenient location near the pier . Air conditioning excellent. TV works fine. To add more English channels. Did not try the lounge Maybe next time when I visit the hotel again. Short walk to nearby food court . There is a shop selling clothing and shoes opposite across the road. Many varieties of food for breakfast in the 2nd floor restaurant.

A well located hotel in the business district

The hotel is conviently situated in the business district and not far from the ferry terminal. The suit is good and spacious. Good value for money, But the breakfast is very average both in quality and variety.
