"Was shocked to be told when their was no booking and insist to pay for the night, although later they said the booking is just for the deposit, said will ask Hotels.com to do the refund, which I think did not happen till now. So please do not book this hotel, is a scam!!!"

"I had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a good location with close proximity to the beach. Beach access is well within walking distance, and I walked to the Fisher Girl Statue. The room was clean and well-lit with a big window view. The staff members I met were friendly, and the gentleman who checked me in spoke a fair amount of English and Russian. Overall,I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay again."

"There are no baths, there is no sauna. However when i mentioned this and how disappointed i was they upgraded me to the best room in the hotel. The lovers room is great. It has the one bath in the hotel and it is the size of small swimming pool. Impossible to have a hot bath but an experience."

"HOtel.com did not pay for us and not yet refund now, we are double charge. The bugs of the room welcome us in the toilet and on the bed. The workers woke us up around 6am in the morning. The booking information tells 4 people with breakfast included. 3 only in fact. We were cheated. But the hotel is quite new, traffic is okay."
