Very nice and new hotel. The room is in very good condition , almost all the furnitures and fittings are in new condition. Toilet is Japanese based design, pretty interesting

Location of the hotel very good... walkable to delicious food restaurants and Metro just 2mins away and bus stop just a min walking distance!

We had a long term stay of three weeks there. Everything is good to better for this hotel with the exception that there is no self serve laundry or ice machine. They have service for both, but we would rather have access to these ourselves. Decent food at breakfast, very nice restaurant that converts to a lounge in the evening, and the room was very well laid out and roomy. The TV also had a Netflix option, and the staff were exceptional.

The worst buffet we ever had at KI-A-BIN-SAN. Not good selection of food. The beef was cold, very raw, and chewy. Pork lion was so so. For about $27 person, we just ate the shumai dumplings. The lady demanded payment in the middle our eating.
