差！差！差！
Check in 手續用了超過一小時！reception 得一個人甚麼都話不知！ 找不到本人booking 要我打IDD 回港查詢，hotel.com 當時又無中文查詢要用英語！最終打了3個IDD 講了30分鐘長途電話，用盡二文三語週旋於酒店同Hotel.com 職員，極之差的體驗。

這單在Visa 先扣數！到酒店要付房費，入住後会退回visa 的扣数，但單上沒有清楚說明，在check in時服務的人態度惡劣，半小時的等候，上房時电梯還有妓女上房！

I booked this hotel because it has non-smoking rooms. But, it was false. There is an ashtray in the room. Though I asked room change for non-smoking, the presented room has an ashtray again. There seems no room for non-smoking in this hotel.

Reasonable 3 Star Hotel
Bed is hard, easily mislead by pictures, information about cheapest room without windows missing, so upgrade to another rooms were needed by extra pay, in restaurant no good service, dim sum was good quality, very cheap restaurant, smoking everywhere, staffs do not speak English, rooms are reasonable spacious and clean and facilitated, good pressure and hot water in bathroom. Would consider staying again for this cheap price.
