The orthopedic pillow is unique to this hotel, plus the firm mattress gave me excellent sleeps through the stay., 💪

Convenient location and close to MRT station with lots of shops and restaurants/food options nearby.

Falsely advertised free laundry room, free breakfast, and free off-property wifi-- none offered. Staff excellent and location good. Room walls and ceiling, divider shade, sink, and bathroom all ridden with mildew that could be easily cleaned with bleach water solution. Tub leaked onto floor as caulking faulty and mildewed. Laundry room smelled very, very musty due to dirty washing machine interiors.

Hotel is quite old! Wifi never work properly so we could not work remotely! Room is old and smelly, also could hear water running loud from neighbor room taking a shower..

Friendly staff, walkable to my bus stations and some MRT. Entry level room condition could be better, e.g. rust stain on bathtub, holes on bedsheets, stains on sofa.

Desk lost reservetion I made for an associate. Had to get his room in nearby hotel. Later received email asking why we had not checked in. Bed was hardest surface I have ever slept on, ugh. Carpet stained, grimy. Loose wires on outlets, light fixtures falling apart. Desk staff was friendly at least.

Handicapped bathroom

Front desk is always friendly and very helpful. We have a handicapped accessible room where the shower is open to the rest of the bathroom without any door or separation. It’s fantastic for those who are handicapped but whole bathroom is wet once the shower is used. Recommend to put a shower curtain to prevent water splashing to the rest of the bathroom creating slip and fall hazard and still providing easy handicapped accessible function.
