"Perfect location and easy to find following tye directions. Allowed us to drop bags before check-in time. The flat is comfortable enough for a short stay. Although looking out on the main road, no noise. It's slightly tired and not exceptionally clean, but can overlook this. Be aware, they only give you 24h to pay and request payment in USD. Great communication from the host. Lots of restaurants and bars around."

"Great flat, straightforward check-in procedure and flexible payment options. Their office is located nearby in case if you have to pay cash prior to checking in. Flat was a bit on the chilly side (seems like windows require adjustment as some of them have a slight draft). Location-wise it's great, plenty of transport options."

"Everything was so good. My host Ekaterina was very helpful. She returned to my questions and requests quickly and hepfully. The apartment Lenina 11 was in a very good location. Metro, main roads and restaurants are nearby. Main center and shopping mall are around 10 min. walk. The apartment is well (even luxuryly) designed and fully equiped as shown in the photos. The apartment was very clean. There were only a few hair around which is acceptable. It is the only downside of the apartment that...

"Great location. Very poor service. When we moved in, the room was very dirty and not ready for occupancy. The refrigerator did not work and the food we had stored was gone. The towels and bed were smelly. There were no thick curtains on the windows. There is no air conditioning and with the windows open it was very noisy, we didn't sleep for two nights. When checking in they took more money than stated."

"The room was clean but the hotel need a bit of a revamp. The shower had mould in it, all the furniture is a bit old too. But lovely views from the top and breakfast included."

Great location and price, not great facilities

"Great price, very basic though. Wobbly bunk beds and thin mattresses, not much kitchenware (couldn't find a bowl for breakfast), no signage from the street or info pre -arrival (it's around the back, to the north/right of the building as you look at it from the street, through an unmarked door and up stairs where there is then a lift to 4th floor). But warm, safe and great location near Victory Square."
