"Overall, very nice hotel in perfect location and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and happy to help when needed. The room was very clean other than the floors and when the rooms were made up each day, the cleaners didn’t clean the bathrooms. The only real problem we had was the rooms (pool access) are directly off the lobby area and the music is played loudly until 1am each night so you cannot sleep until that time. Turkish style breakfast had good amount of options."

"I stayed for two nights but wish it was longer. The place is wonderfully located (literally on the beach), has a nice pool, breakfast is more than enough. But particulary, the staff makes the difference, especially Selçuk bey. He anawered all my questions patiently, and was so helpful with everything. "There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things...

The beach was perfect for us. Beautiful water, calm, sandy, backing on to natural olive and palm trees.
The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything needed.
The place generally had quite a premium feel.

Holiday assistant is a good concept and Yelda and Berkan were always there to help us with any requests.

We were attracted to the hotel’s natural setting and were disappointed by the road noise you could hear from the balcony on the room. They did try their best to move us to another room further from the road but none were suitable as either had no view or were in very busy part of the hotel next to the lobby. Ultimately we put up with the road noise.
Most of the a la carte restaurants were expensive addons. We knew this so can’t complain but do think it is something they should address by offering lower rates or perhaps a limited number of visits with no charge.
