This place is 1st class all the way. The service was above and beyond, extremely kind and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation, definitely the best place to stay in Zermatt. Plus great spa services and breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, till the we left firvour final ride to the station/transport, I felt like I was visiting my long lost Royal Family.
Every interaction with our hosts and Omnia friends was magical and never did we ever hear the word NO for any request or need. Each and everyone of the team went over and above the normal efforts to assist. Each conversation or request ended with “is there anything else you need or that I can do for you?…)
Nancy and I cant thank Christian, Anna and the entire team enough…. for all the warm hospitality and caring shown each and every day to us
We hope to see you in February 2026 after the Milan Olympics!!!!

Absolutely stunning hotel, most kind and attentive staff. It feels like a 6 star hotel. Best hotel we stayed in Switzerland, we loved our time in The Omnia. Definitely coming back with our family.
