The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It's easily walkable to all major attractions in Zermatt, at least in summer when I visited. There is no AC, but leaving a window open was comfortable in early September.

This is the best hotel we stayed for the whole trip, you won't go wrong to stay here. Very friendly staff and the room is very clean, beautiful patio with flowers around. Very lovely place to stay. Love it!

Awesome hotel with very friendly service. Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Everything seemed personalized. Makes you feel at home. Close to train station, restaurants, attractions. Free shuttle service to and from train station was great.
Must experience stay !!!
