We were upgraded to the Matterhorn suite. It was very large with two full bathrooms and separate bedroom and living room. The balcony was wonderful. The set up for cheese fondue on the balcony with the very warm faux fur robes was perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed this magical experience.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Zermatt! Hotel ZerMama offered everything we could dream of, starting with our room's breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. Waking up to that iconic mountain vista was truly special.
What sets this hotel apart is the outstanding personal service, particularly from Norberto, who went above and beyond as our host. His local knowledge was invaluable - from restaurant recommendations to suggestions for activities around Zermatt, each of his recommendations helped make our stay exceptional.
The hotel's restaurant deserves special mention - the food was excellent, showcasing high-quality cuisine that added another delightful dimension to our stay. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.
The location, the views, the service, and the dining all combined to create the perfect Zermatt experience. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or just to enjoy the mountain atmosphere, Hotel ZerMama delivers on all fronts. We'll definitely be returning!

Loved the modern rustic cozy feel of the hotel , all staff were friendly except for our breakfast server for the last two mornings was not friendly . She has long black straight hair. Other than that loved our stay and the helpfulness of the staff to guests

I loved the hotels proximity to all restaurants and activities. Everyone was amazing. The hotel accommodations were top notch and the restaurant most specifically the Thai soup was phenomenal.

Beautiful hotel! It was an easy walk from the train stop in Zermatt, and we loved its proximity to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for local spots to check out.

Excellent room: good size, clean, and well-equipped. The location is within walking distance from the train station, and Matterhorn. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and professional… the room was very comfortable… loved the fake fur robes !!!
They didn’t have a iron in the room and you couldn’t get one
Very walkable to the train station, shopping and restaurants
