My son and I had an amazing 19 days at the hotel and every day was perfect. The staff took such good care of us. They were all very friendly and helpful and fun. The room was exceptional. This is "the" place to be in Zermatt. The suites are spacious with good interiors and an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The staff is not only friendly but very accommodating to any / all requests.

The Matterhorn suite has a unique view of Matterhorn. It frames the Matterhorn in the cable car ring. We saw the Golden Matterhorn right at the balcony of our room. The hotel is right next to the cable car of Glacier Paradise. Overall a very satisfying experience for me and my family.

This is a very good hotel.Immaculately clean, new, modern, bright. Very good spa facility. Staff are friendly and ready to help when required. Excellent buffet breakfast. Reasons this hotel gets a vey good overall instead of excellent is lack of coat hooks in the room, no air circulation, only patio door opens, no other windows open, couldn’t sleep on bed, may have been too hot, may have been the bed, not sure! Slept on the sofa next to open patio door all night. The hotel staff did try to accommodate with different pillows and blankets but in this case the sofa seemed to be the better option. Expedia advertise this particular room as air conditioned, the hotels own website does not, i can confirm the room is not air conditioned.

The hotel is perfect for hikers willing to walk to the Zermatt city center. The hotel is 15 minutes walking to the center to find the restaurants and shops. The walk is beautiful overseeing mountains, river and beautiful Swiss wood constructions. The hotel's staff is wonderful, smiles, eager to help. It is next to the Lift to the Glaciar. Walking the trails is amazing. Zermatt is great and the hotel is really cool. Decoration, Spa etc.

The property was gorgeous. Amenities and details were amazing. The staff was so accommodating and super friendly. Only downside was making the windowless room option more apparent on booking. Not something I usually look for when booking a room so was surprised to find out we had a room with just a sky light. That being said- the staff upgraded our room to a suite that was absolutely stunning for a small fee for one of our nights.

The hotel is very close to the cable car station to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. It is a very new hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel room condition is very nice and the staff are very sweet to give a surprise on our honeymoon trip. The view from the room is brilliant as it is the closest hotel to the Matterhorn. No other building is in between us with the spectacular mountain. Breakfast was also very nice especially love the croissant. One thing to note is the hotel is on the other side of the town from the main train station. The hotel can arrange pick-up for arrival and check-out to the station. Others will be walking to the main street (or taxi) but with walkable distance of 10 mins.

This hotel is just beautiful! The spa has all the amenities one could ask for, the service and the breakfast was also very good. The only issue we had was that the check in instructions did not state that Zermatt is a car free town and you have to park your car in Tisch. Our navigation had us driving directly into Zermatt and we got a ticket from the local police. The signs are not clear at all and we have driven every where in the world. Knowing this ahead of time would have saved us 2 hours and a world of grief. But the hotel itself is simply fabulous with floor to glass windows which make the views come alive.
