We had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony! It was unbelievable to have that site right outside our room every time we woke up or cared to look out the window! Excellent location!

We stayed at this hotel in Zermatt for one night and it was amazing! I was very surprised at how central the hotel is within Zermatt. It is close to the river but also very close to the high street, which is full of restaurants and bars. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to have a room with a view of the Matterhorn, as well as breakfast being included. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zermatt and I would certainly stay here again.

Great location in Zermatt. Rooms were nice and clean. Bar was nice. We enjoyed our two night stay.

The view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony was magnificent! The only negative of our stay was coffee. There is no option in the room which I assume is for fire safety. When having breakfast in the dining area the coffee is served by the cup. When there are 8-20 guests at one time and one server who is hustling it's not efficient. There is no fault on the server just the system.
