It was a pleasure staying in this beautiful, spacious and very convenient hotel. The staff, specially Ms. Monika is super helpful and accommodating. It is very convenient to get to the main market area in 2 minutes and not too far from Matterhorn glacier paradise gateway. The in hotel dinner option came as a surprise- excellent food and local delicacies- simply yummy. The hotel was kind to us to arrange complementary drop off to train station. We stayed 3 nights in this very relaxing hotel. The room was facing motherhorn -South view

The room was generously sized. It had a balcony facing the clouds in front of the Matterhorn. Fairly quiet in the evening. Day time noise is mostly the construction all over Zermatt - workers in little trucks, helicopters flying materials back and forth, tools in use. When last I was in Zermatt it was a tiny village. Now it's a small town growing ever larger.

The hotel was right in middle of town, short walk to train and lifts to skiing hiking and biking. Some construction going on next door so ask for higher floor

We had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony! It was unbelievable to have that site right outside our room every time we woke up or cared to look out the window! Excellent location!

The location of the hotel convenient. Our room is nice and spacious, in fact the biggest one we had during our two weeks trip. Room is clean, but unfortunately the bed is not comfortable to sleep. Our room has a balcony with view of the mountain, but unfortunately was block due to construction. The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly.

We stayed at this hotel in Zermatt for one night and it was amazing! I was very surprised at how central the hotel is within Zermatt. It is close to the river but also very close to the high street, which is full of restaurants and bars. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to have a room with a view of the Matterhorn, as well as breakfast being included. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zermatt and I would certainly stay here again.

The view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony was magnificent! The only negative of our stay was coffee. There is no option in the room which I assume is for fire safety. When having breakfast in the dining area the coffee is served by the cup. When there are 8-20 guests at one time and one server who is hustling it's not efficient. There is no fault on the server just the system.
