We stayed for two nights and were extremely satisfied with the apartment and it's amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.

Excellent property to stay with family in Zermatt
Posted 29 Jun 2024 on HotelsExcellent property and perfect stay with family. Heart of the village with picturesque view of mountains. Apartment was stocked with abundant utensils and cutlery. Children have toys to play with, Staff were super pleasant. Right from the day of booking till checkout communication was super effective. Most importantly apartment was spacious. Excellent proximity to shopping and dining. Will never hesitate to book the same property again in future. Complimentary pickup and drop from the train station.

The staff were excellent in assisting us with our arrival and check in. And they answered all of our questions about the village, as well as transportation and sightseeing options. The apartment was extremely beautiful and functional for our family, and the views were quite spectacular from balconies front and back.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful two night stay at the Haus Dent Blanche. It is a well appointed apartment. The complimentary taxi shuttle from and to the train station was such a nice gesture. The folks at Zermatt Holidays sent me detailed instructions for my after hours checkin and they were very nice and responsive. Had a view of the matterhorn from our balcony. Shipping coffee in the morning watching a clear Mt. Matterhorn - priceless.
