The place is great! Very close to the ski area, and if the weather is clear you can see the Matterhorn from your room if you're facing the mountain. The negative is that it is a long walk from anything other than the ski area.

Good staff. Everything was good except for the location which is a bit away from the main area of the Zermatt town.

A great stay in Zermatt.
Posted 3 Jun 2024 on HotelsPerfectly situated between the city center and the view of the Matterhorn. We walked everywhere but they had a free shuttle and the free bus stop was very close.
We stayed in one of the apartments which we loved. Balcony, kitchen, dining table, and all other modern comforts included.
Even a community washer and dryer which came in handy.
We would stay here again for sure.

Staff are very helpful and the place is very clean! It is very close to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and about a 15 min walk to the train station. Taxis are available to be booked via hotel and are very quick to come. Our apartment had a lot of our necessities such as spoons, plates, and water heater. Overall we had a great stay!
