Very close proximity to town and ski lift! Very warm and reasonably priced!

We had an excellent stay at the Mountain Lake Resort. Our apartment was very clean, with everything we needed. It is a well-appointed, modern block, conveniently located in the centre of town. A short walk to the ski lift and bus station. Highly recommend.

Good place but no service and they charge for cleaning and they insist of clean every thing n even removing the kitchen trach. But to be fair it was a good place to stay

Great location for skiing!
Posted 25 Jan 2017 on HotelsCheck in was quite slow with only one receptionist. We told them of a problem our first night and it was never resolved. Apartment was nice and clean but missing some essential items like hair dryer, oven mitt, and needs more trash cans.

Short stay in Zell
Posted 13 Jun 2016 on HotelsThe apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished however not worth the money. The cleaning fee is pretty steep and not to a particularly high standard as there were crumbs already on the kitchen table when we arrived. I would have expected at least one lot of dishwasher tabs, a dish cloth and tea towel in the kitchen, but apart from utensils, there was nothing else. Also when I asked if we could have another toilet roll we were told we would have to pay. As we were only there for a couple of days it wasn't worth us buying all those things. I suppose it would be better value for guests who stay for longer. Zell is fantastic though and we'll be back - just not at the same hotel.

Fabulous apartment

It was very comfortable stay. The location is great, and rooms were very clean and well equipped. There was an unfortunate heating/hot water issues, but the receptionist/management worked hard to try to resolved the issue. I would come back again.

Posted 7 Sep 2015 on HotelsVery convenient apartment type hotel in the heart of Zell Am See. Small kitchen, underground parking, communal washing machines and wifi available. Just 300m walk to the lake, ideally situated with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets close by.
