"I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"

"A perfect location for everything. It's right in the old town of Salzburg where a lot of actions are. Easy transportation to everywhere, including the tram and buses to the Hbf right outside the building. It's clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there and recommending it. "

Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. "This is easily our favourite hotel in the world. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and newly renovated. When they found out it was our 50th wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to a lovely room overlooking the river, with a balcony. Every dish we ate in the restaurants was delicious. A special nod to Anna who took such good care of us on the first evening! "
