"I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. "

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"Smart flats in Brussels where excellent communicators with good intructions for the collection of the keys and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything."

"A lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. The safe wasnt working in my room and they sent someone up straight away. Unfortunately, it was broken and they moved me to another (better) room. I needed an adaptor which Abdel very kindly helped me with. Breakfast was average and not many vegetarian options - the hash browns and mushrooms were not well cooked. A really pleasant stay and I would definitely come back. "

Great place for a weekend away.

"AMAZING! Great place for a small weekend away to Brussels / Belgium. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the centre of everything you will need. Even though it is in a busy area, there is absolutely no noise coming into the rooms. I would highly recommend for anyone who is tight on time / wants to prioritise location. Rooms were incredibly decent and comfortable. Minor point about temperature fluctuations in the shower but that is it!"
