"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Arrived at 11 pm and the building entrance was too dark. ended up using my phone light to walk in and navigate my way through 3 doors. Elevator was not working, called the service number with no answer. Couldn't find the lift instructions in the email. I climbed the stairs to the 4th floor with my luggage. The flush handle was broken in the bathroom! Minimalist bedroom, bed was clean and comfortable tho. No complimentary water. Good space and fully equipped kitchen but it didn't feel...
