OMG this place sucks! From the reception all the way down to the food, people, amenities, cleanliness... STAY AWAY UNSAFE.

A notre arrivee 3 ampoules sur 5 dans la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas, ni la TV. La salle de bain est delabree. Pas de nourriture DU TOUT au petit dejeuner et manque de reactivite en salle, pas de couverts pas de tables. On paye all inclusive pour rien, il n y a pas de snacks ni crepes ni rien du tout. La piscine est envahie quotidiennement de non residents bruyants, impolis et mal eduques ce qui met a mal la securite des clients. Les animateurs sont gentils, mais on sent cruellement le manque de personnel. L hotel tombe en ruine et son potentiel est gache. On oaye pour un service suasi inexistant et on espere un dedommagement.

Grreat hotel, will come back for sure

Lalla Mariem hotel opened last year and is thus still new and well maintained. The best two things I must mention are the high level of services provided by the staff at all places (reception, room services, pool and beach areas...) and the delicious food served at the main restaurant. Hotel's location is also great and close to a nice beach. Many activities can be organized from the hotel such as desert safari and visits to interesting cities and spots all around the area.
