Property was well maintained.We came in June during slow season it was very quiet and relaxing.We had the 3b 2b villa.Management is awesome and helped with any issues we had for example hot water.There was a switch that we had to flip in order to turn the hot water on.Besides that we definitely would recommend staying at Mooshine. Torti the security guard is phenomenal.Regardless the time of day he will assist you.

Relaxing Time
Posted 2 Feb 2020 on HotelsBeautiful little spot on a quiet stretch of beach. Room had a few general maintenance issues but otherwise clean & comfortable. We wanted to be right on the beach & that's what we got so our priorities were met. Staff all very friendly & genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. Excellent food at the restaurant. A nice little get-away for 4 nights.

The rooms were lovely, the resort was very relaxing and I always felt that me and my belongings were safe. The beach is perfect and it's nice that you can wander to a couple other bars and restaurants.

Lovely few days enjoying the beach in Urea
Posted 20 Feb 2019 on HotelsOur stay at Urea was what we expected from the reviews - the staff are very friendly and couldn’t have been better service. The price is reasonable for the services, our hut was close to the beach but breakfast is relatively limited and there is building work going on. However, for the price we paid, we had a great stay and could enjoy the other hotels along the same strip.

Generally the hotel services are good.
We were just dissatisfied with the staff who made us shift to a different room of lower standard in preference to the other guest without prior communication.

Pros: Great location. Loved the extra efforts made like staff removing seaweed off the beach.
Cons: General maintenance of the hotel, room ready on time, reception services.
Beautiful part of Zanzibar to relax, I would try the hotel in a year's time when some improvements on guest care and services have been made.
