The staffing was very polite. The entire resort was clean at all times. Very safe location.

This was a wonderful vacation experience. I would have rated my stay higher if not for the construction work being done on the north side of the property. It was very loud, and quite a scenic takeaway, considering that I booked a room with a balcony and ocean view. Aside from this let down, the staff, events, food, and overall property were lovely.

I always choose Riu for my stay while on vacation for the pass 7 years. Unfortunately this time on my booking, I requested a sea view room. Since my checking was after 9:00pm. I was so tired I just went strait to bed. to waking up the next day by construction noise and this last all day. When I went to investigate what was going on. instead of partial sea vieux, I got noisy construction went to the lobby and file so I can get a portion of the rental payment return to me. I never heard anyone until I left.

Besides the AMAZING staff members, the resort cuts out of power every other hour. Making it challenging to charge devices or to keep the room at a cool temperature. Hour room was out of power today for over 2 hours before check out. Beautiful resort though.
