The property was falling apart full of cockroaches. Staff was friendly. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here. Worst hotel ever.

I was there for one night and I did not like it. It looks really old it needs to be remodel. I felt unsafe with the door.

lovely, well cared for colonial hotel that includes a wonderful buffet breakfast, comfortable, firm mattresses, pillows and sheets - friendly, helpful staff and owner onsite - in walking distance to main central sights - liked our stay there very much

When I arrived to the Hotel, they did not have my reservation, I showed them and gave them the code from expedia and the guy at the front desk said they did not have my reservation, he just had a hand-written list of the reservations for the day and my name was not there, I asked him to check in their system or something and he said they already did and could do nothing for me, and they did not! I had to walk out with my luggage. They offered no help at all!!!

Estoy molesto porque me robaron en el cobro

Cuando reserve me piedieron la tarjeta y les di mi informacion por la paguina de Hotels.com cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no me habian retenido el pago asi que les di mi tarjeta para que la pasaran y no tenia fondos cuando yo sabia que tenia fondos suficientes asi que pague en efectivo en el hotel pero cuando fui al banco para ver pq no habia dinero sucede que si me retiraron el dinero asi que me cobraron doble tengo el documento del hotel donde pague en efectivo y pueden confirmarlo ocupe la habitacion 6 los dias 24 25 y 26 de junio pagados en efectivo y ustedes en la paguina me cobraron la habitacion tambien de comprobar con el banco que me robaron les prometo denunciarlos en la procuraduria del consumidor por medio de la presidencia de la republica para que detengan el robo a la gente LADRONES

Sr. Irael. a la hora de hacer reservacion por medio de este y cualquier otro buscador le piden forzosamente una tarjeta ,al confirmar la reservacion le mandaron un correo en el cual dice que el cobro se hace en el hotel. Al llegar le mostre la pantalla con la misma leyenda EL HOTEL REALIZA EL COBRO . lo invito a que verifique en su estado de cuenta y en su banco. y me muestre la foto del cargo. nosotros somos un hotel honesto y responsable. y le agradecería que pida una disculpa por este medio. tenemos 4 años trabajando con expedia y no trabajamos a credito, nuestro pago es en destino
