This is one of the cheapest accommodations in the area and that price point is a fair reflection on the accommodation. It is situated in a quiet spot about 5 mins walk from the main area, so is a good spot for young familys with the pool and bar area very compact aswel as the road being very quiet and not suitable for fast vehicles. The rooms are standard Mediterranean traditional rooms, the bed was comfy, and the room had a kettle and fridge which was good. The staff generally are friendly, the food and drink are averagely priced for the area. I have visited Alykanas a number of times before, and was using the accommodation as a base to visit my favourite places, i felt that caused a little bit of friction with the gentleman running the accommodation as i feel i was expected to spend more money at the bar. All in all, its a cost effective way to stay in a popular destination that has a alot of visitors who have visited 20+ times!

property is very dated inside the apartment. Only 2 power points. Our booking was 2 bed studio plus sofa bed. We had 2 beds only which was fine for mum and daughter. No chairs, no dressing table area, just kettle and fridge. Basin in bathroom soaked you every time you turned the tap on as it spurted out over the sink. Toilet leaked over bathroom floor and shower was just a tray no door. Apart from that Owner and staff were very accommodating to our moans and did their best. Cleaner came in and changed towels daily. Can’t fault the cleanliness at all. Pool area excellent

Worst experience then ever

This place is not offering you basic amenities like WI-FI,Air-condition,Washroom soap,Shampoo , TV, Utensils, Basic cooking stuff. They have very old fan and that is not working properly( very slow and cant help you during hot days and night) For each and everything you have to pay extra. Rooms are very small... pools are closed after 8PM but in same local area others are working. no guide no local convene. dont have possibility to see neature. dont have view.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. If you check your booking you booked room only not self catering and clearly states the room you were in had no aircon. We have WFI in all public areas again stated on the booking. Please let me know what you paid extra for as you have not stated. Our pool closes at 8.00pm for cleaning and chemicals to be put in. Most pool will have the same guide lines if not the pool will be unfit to swim in the following morning

The service was unacceptable.. The room was dirty and without the proper specifications to relax a guest. When I saw that the bathroom had no soap, I was confirmed for the rest of the things I would see.
