We loved that the inside of this hotel was made of all wood, it felt traditionally and very cozy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and each room has a balcony to enjoy the evening views. They also have a restaurant on site with excellent food.

The hotel itself was nice enough, though the beds were hard. When we arrived, we were greeted with a piece of paper that was in Polish, so we didn't understand it, but the woman pointed insistently to the 10 PLN sign (we must have owed more than we paid Expedia by credit card). The worst was that they didn't bother to tell us that the only road into the hotel (a muddy, gravel road) was being worked on and we were trapped for ALL DAY!!!! They could have told us and we would have parked further up on the road. If English was the issue, they could have emailed and we could have translated it. When asked why they didn't tell us, the gentleman the next morning just shrugged his shoulders (in his defense, my Polish is minimal as is his English). Since it poured rain all day, we pretty much lost a day of our vacation.

We are very sorry about the unpleasantness. The access road to the street where our hotel is located was repaired by the city and temporarily blocked.

A bit cheeky that you had to pay extra for sauna as well as jacuzzi that didn't work.

Dear Mr Marcin. Private Sauna is not included in the price. We checked all copies of receipts during your stay and nobody used SPA, jacuzzi and sauna at once. You did not use our SPA too. We don't understand your opinion in this case. Please correct your notice about the payment then it could be misunderstand by other people. Please don't write you have to pay for something, if you didn't use it. It is not fair from your side and it is not true. Otherwise please contact the guest house urgently. Thank you

gorgeous hotel in an overly crowded area
Posted 15 Sep 2017 on HotelsWe loved the hotel. On the other hand we weren't so happy with Zakopane. The area is way too crowded and one didn't want to leave the hotel. Only negative about the hotel is turning off the main road onto the small road that the hotel is on. A very dangerous blind curve.

Posted 22 Aug 2015 on HotelsUsed as a two night stay on a European road trip. Great hotel with lovely gardens and friendly staff. Easy free parking. A drive or bus ride from the centre of Zakopane. Not easy to park in Zakopane itself.
