We got delayed 1 day due to flights, airport shutdown etc and I understand that's not hotels fault but when we got in i mentioned at the check in that we had 2 rooms we paid from the day before and if there is any way we can ger refund or any upgrades since we paid close to $400 dollars for nothing. The gentleman at the desk told me since we booked through 3rd party ( Expedia) there is nothing he can do but we get a bottle of wine in our rooms. Which i found out was done by Expedia due to our VIP program not the hotel. This was our 2nd stay at Aries but I'm guessing probably last one. I mentioned to the persons that was checking us on that we called them 6 times the day before and emailed to notify of the issues we're having with the flights but unfortunately nobody ever answer the phone or responded back to the email. Very disappointing.

Amazing customer service from start to finish, hotel is beautifully presented, great wellness area particularly loved the hot tub and saunas. Would recommend !

Convenient location in downtown of Zakopane. Beautiful hotel, excellent restaurant, stuff very helpful.

The staff is accommodating and helps meet the needs of the customers. They are helping to organize trips to local attractions, (in the example Morskie Oko) including necessary transportation. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the major Zakopane attractions such as the famous Krupowki Street and Gubalowka.

Aries hotel is a Hidden Gem in Zakopane! Wonderful hotel with beautiful mountains style rooms, it feels like sleeping in modern wooden cabin.Just few steps from famous Krupowki .Delicious buffet breakfast with so many choices, they even have honey directly from the bee keeper .Outstanding concierge service by pan Wawrzyniec who organized for us private trip to Morskie Oko with very knowledgeable driver pan Robert.Also concierge Mateusz very helpful .Excellent customer service ,great thanks for manager Kamil ,we got room upgrade and bottle of wine booking through Expedia.So many thanks for pan Artur who helped us a lot!The pool,saunas and jacuzzi were great way to relax after all day of side seeing. We could give this hotel 10 stars if we could!!!We couldn’t be more pleased with accommodations and hospitality !!!

Lovely hotel. Great location. Clean and tidy. Lovely spa. Air con was the only negative, very loud - sounded broken which meant the rooms got very hot. But still 5 star over all
