Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.

Hello dear Linda, I am really sorry for the stress caused but we try to contact all our guests at the moment they make the reservation, and then again before the arrival, because we use the self check in process and we must have your details before the arrivals, and we wont to make sure you have all the informations needed and to feel safe and secure that everything is all right, as well.We tried contacting you over the phone, but I guess it was your home landline and via the Expedia, because it's the only way we can, but maybe you were not connected to the Expedia. That is why is important to always reach us before, we are not the hotel and have no reception :( I apologise for the lights, it's unacceptable, but it has been fixed.Thank you for your feedback and hope to welcome you soon again!Kindest. regards,Viktor

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Well decorated with a queen-size bed and modern bath. Conveniently located a few blocks from several tram stops. Very safe and secure residence.
Downside is that the apartment is a fourth floor walk up (especially tough when bringing up luggage) and the building is on a dark side street off a main road surrounded by graffiti buildings. Can be hard to find at first.
Overall great stay however.
