"The hotel is located in a residetual suberb and not very convenient for facilities considerering the hotel kitchen does not operate on Sundays. The reception staff when we arrived were very helpful, and the staff in the bar and restaurant on the night were great. Our dinner was superb value for money. A down side was the hotel could not offer us the use of the computer with a printer because the BOSS'S were using it. We wanted to print cruise tickets so we ended up going to lunch at the...

"It was great to have such a nice place to stay with such a good view! Truly unexpected. Small things to help for next guests would be an ashtray for outside and paper towels and frying pan in the kitchen. The check in /out process was great. Maybe adjusting the listing on Expedia too so guests don’t think it’s another location becuase that was a little confusing. Otherwise we had a nice stay and great time in Zagreb! Thank you for everything!"

"What was unique about this was me and my wife were about 3 minutes late to the breakfast area, the hours were like around 8am to 10 am. Although we were a bit late there was a guy there who looked Indian , and he was very nice to us and had let us finish our breakfast in peace and even told us not to forget to have something to drink before we left. I feel like this was very excellent customer service. I give this hotel an overall 10/10 ⭐️ and I recommend it as it has great service all around"
