Overall the property was OK, but the so-called fitness ans sauna area was trashed. There were also plumbing issues, but staff was quick to offer remedies.

Room was comfortable.
Bed was hard, thinking this is definitely a European thing.
Only downside,, room was hot and we could not work out air conditioner..was on 24.9, too hot for this Aussie.
Would really love to see hot drink facilities in rooms,but it must not be a Croatian thing..

Located on the main road into Zagreb, it is very convenient to find. Lots of free parking. Rooms are sparkling clean. Breakfast buffet has all the basics ... had fried eggs, scrambled eggs, cheese, some sliced meat, tasty bread, yogurt and some fruit and juice. Oh and amazingly coffee.

Très déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel !
Posted 26 Jun 2024 on HotelsTrès déçu par notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site, Hotels.com n’a ni bar ni restaurant. Nous pensions pouvoir nous restaurer après avoir fait un long trajet et nous avons été déçu d’apprendre que le restaurant était fermé. Je pense qu’il serait de bon ton de le signaler sur le site Hotels.com les quatre étoiles ne sont pas justifié pour un hôtel qui ne propose aucun service de restauration, hormis le breakfast matinal qui est pour le moins moyen. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La literie moyenne, la climatisation ne se règle pas car il n’y a ni télécommande et le boîtier de commande installé au mur de semble pas fonctionner. Il n’y a aucun plateau d’accueil dans les chambres, ni même une petite bouteille d’eau dans le réfrigérateur qui est désespérément vide ! La salle de bain est spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié la baignoire. En revanche les serviettes de bain sont ridiculement petites et il faut au moins en utiliser deux pour pouvoir se sécher ! Donc globalement, nous avons été déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas les quatre étoiles Affichées
