This was a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Zacatecas. It was in walking distance of shops, restaurants and historic buildings. Sadly I was very sick and the always kind and helpful staff helped direct us to a doctor nearby who was helpful. My husband went out to find food and park the car (hotel includes) and I was mostly in bed. The room was large and lovely and very clean. The shower was excellent. We will go back and walk the district.

Simply a magical hotel in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico, even in the world. I will stay there every time I go back.

Everything was great except for the mattress, we are in our 60’s and for us the mattress was to hard, other than that it was great

Property is in the heart of Zacatecas! Everything is within walking distance. Staff was attentive to our needs. I have nothing bad to say. Bed was fantastic!

Overall, it’s a great place to stay. We only had an issue in the night because there was no hot water to bath
